Yes. Every price on Hither includes every fee, from the first card you see to the button you press. There is nothing added at checkout.
In Passes, straight away, and in your inbox as a backup. Passes open without signal, so you can be in a basement with no bars and still get in.
Open PassesYes. Open the pass and send it on. It moves to their phone and the copy on yours stops scanning, so one ticket can only let one person in. They can send it back before doors if plans change.
That’s on purpose. The code on a pass refreshes every 30 seconds, so a screenshot goes stale and can’t be sold twice. Open the pass itself at the door; it works offline.
Most nights refund up to 48 hours before. Each event page says what applies, above the ticket buttons, and so does your pass. After that, you can sell your ticket back at face value.
You don’t need to do anything. The money goes back to the card you paid with, usually in 3 to 5 working days, and the pass turns grey so nobody travels for nothing. The event page keeps the reason.
Sell it back from your pass. It goes to the next person on the waitlist at the price you paid, and you’re paid when they buy. Nobody can resell a Hither ticket for more than face value.
Your ticket moves with it. If the new date doesn’t work, you can ask for a refund from the pass until 48 hours before the new date.
Passes open offline and the code still refreshes. Turn your brightness up when you get to the door; the pass does it for you when it opens.
Each event page lists step free access, hearing loops and seating. Add anything else in checkout; it goes to the door team with your name, and only to them.
Nothing to list and nothing for free events. On paid tickets we take 5% and 87.5p, from inside the price you set, so guests pay exactly what they see.
See pricingThe Monday after your night, straight into your bank. Multi day events pay the Monday after the last day. You can see every payout in your workspace.
Staff open it on any phone and scan. The screen answers in one colour: let in, already in, or not valid, with who and why. It keeps working if the signal drops and syncs when it comes back.

Reply to the email that came with your tickets. It reaches a person, usually within the hour, and they can already see which night and which ticket you mean. Your orders are also in You.
On the night itself, the door team can find you by name in their app, even if your phone is dead.
